FAQ

Pricing questions

Still have questions?
We're happy to help.
Why per event, not per seat?
Almost all of an event's cost is physical — venue, catering, staff. Software takes a sliver. We price the door against what two door staff and a scanner rental would cost you, not against another SaaS subscription.
Do I need Pro for every event?
No. Pro is a subscription on the organiser, not the event. Run as many events as you like in a month; the door, multi-gate and attendance export are available on all of them.
What does the 5% ticketing take cover?
Payment processing through Stripe Connect, with proceeds settling to your own account. You are the merchant of record. Ticketing is deliberately an ancillary line for us, not the product.
Who buys Audience Verification?
The budget-holders who fund events — sponsors, ecosystem and platform teams — who today get a guest list and a photo. Reports are aggregate-only, built on consent collected at RSVP, and priced against measurement budgets rather than ticket revenue.
