OKX's GCC launch brought press, partners and VIP guests to the Museum of the Future for an evening built around projection mapping and a tightly managed press programme. A launch like this has one hard rule: the right people must get in quickly, and nobody else gets in at all.
The door
Separate tiers for press, partners and general guests, each with its own ticket and gate. Rotating QR codes so a screenshot forwarded on a group chat was useless at the door. Live arrivals on the organiser's phone, so the communications team knew the moment a named journalist or partner walked in — and could meet them.
The record
The morning-after export is the asset here: who attended, from which tier, at what time. For a launch measured in coverage and relationships, that is the list the team works from for the next quarter.
A launch is a room full of people who matter. The door is how you prove who was in it.
